Inverness - Guysborough Presbytery

Inverness - Guysborough Presbytery has strong Methodist and Presbyterian roots.

The name of James MacGregor is associated with the work of the Presbyterian Church in Cape Breton, as well as in Pictou. A strong legacy of solid preaching and careful pastoral care has come down through the years.

The Inverness - Guysborough Presbytery is located on both sides of the Canso Strait which separates Cape Breton Island from the Mainland of Nova Scotia. It is a small presbytery in numbers but comparatively large in distance. Its 11 Pastoral Charges are listed below:
